Privacy & Cookie Notice

Last updated July 30, 2026

The short version

CyberFortify Solutions uses information you provide to answer requests and deliver services. On this website, non-essential analytics, marketing, and browser-fingerprinting technologies do not run unless you permit them through our privacy choices tool. You can change or withdraw that permission at any time.

Information we collect

  • Contact and business information you submit through forms, email, chat, or another direct interaction.
  • Basic request and security data needed to deliver the website, such as IP address, request time, URL, browser information, and security events recorded by our hosting and protection providers.
  • Google reCAPTCHA protects public forms from automated abuse. It may process request and device information and use necessary security storage regardless of your non-essential tracking choices.
  • If you permit analytics, Google Analytics may collect pseudonymous usage, device, and interaction data.
  • If you permit marketing, Meta Pixel may collect page-view and advertising-attribution data when that service is configured.
  • If you permit the interactive privacy demo, the page uses FingerprintJS in your browser and requests approximate IP location and network-provider data from ipapi.co to show what websites can infer about a visitor.

Why we use it

We use information to operate and secure the website, respond to inquiries, provide requested services, understand site performance when permitted, measure marketing when permitted, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not use a pre-checked box or silence as consent for non-essential tracking.

Your privacy choices

Use the Your Privacy Choices button at the bottom of any page to accept, reject, or change individual categories. Essential storage cannot be disabled because it records your selection and supports core website operation. Withdrawing a category removes known first-party analytics or marketing cookies and reloads the page to stop already-loaded tracking code.

We detect Global Privacy Control signals. When your browser sends that signal, marketing tracking remains disabled. You may also clear site data in your browser, though doing so removes the saved record of your choices and causes the site to ask again.

Service providers and disclosure

We use service providers for website hosting, security, form delivery, analytics, and marketing. Depending on your selections, those providers may include Cloudflare, Google, Meta, FingerprintJS, and ipapi.co. They process information under their own terms and privacy notices. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, contractual and security requirements, and applicable law. Retention in third-party analytics or marketing systems depends on the applicable account configuration and provider. We use administrative, technical, and physical controls intended to protect information, but no internet system can guarantee absolute security.

Your requests

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information, or to opt out of certain processing. To make a request, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
